Carine is a professional actress based in New York who has performed in most of the United States, including Alaska! She was born in France, but is a dual citizen who grew up in the U.S. with an American mother and French father. She loves transforming and creating roles for all styles of theatre - classical, contemporary, and original. Most recently she played 25 roles in TALES FROM THE GUTTENBERG BIBLE by and starring Steve Guttenberg at The George Street Playhouse and Bay Street Theatre. Off-Broadway: Soho Rep, Classical Theatre of Harlem, The Acting Company (Lady M/Margaret - RIII). Regional: Independent Shakespeare Company (LA), Baltimore Center Stage, Hartford Stage, Westport Country Playhouse, Actors Theatre of Louisville, The Alley Theatre (FOOL, world premiere by Theresa Rebeck), both Shakespeare Festival and Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park (Acclaim Award for Emilia, OTHELLO), Florida Rep, UDRep, Denver Center, Capital Rep, Hangar, Pioneer Theatre, Utah Shakespeare, and many more. She's the award-winning narrator of over 80 audiobooks, including several series - Recorded Books, Penguin Random House Audio, Audible. She is also an acting teacher on Faculty at AMDA.
